1. Getting Started with Linkeora
What is Linkeora?
Linkeora is an online platform designed to connect job seekers, employers, recruiters, businesses, and other users. Depending on the services available in your region, the platform may also offer professional profiles, CV services, community discussions, marketplace listings, travel services, hotel and flight bookings, event listings, and other features.
How do I create an account?
- Visit the official Linkeora website.
- Select the registration or sign-up option.
- Enter the requested information accurately.
- Complete any required email, phone, or identity verification.
- Review and accept the applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Only provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to share.
I cannot access my account. What should I do?
Use the password recovery option, verify your registered email or phone number, and follow the instructions provided. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact Linkeora Support promptly.
Never share your password, one-time verification code, or other authentication credentials with another user.
2. Job Seekers and Recruitment
How do I apply for a job?
Create your candidate profile, upload an appropriate CV or resume, search available vacancies, and follow the application instructions displayed on the relevant listing.
Ensure that your CV, qualifications, experience, and contact details are accurate and up to date.
Does Linkeora guarantee employment?
No. Linkeora does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary, work permits, visas, or successful recruitment outcomes.
Hiring decisions are made by employers or authorised recruitment parties. Employment conditions and immigration decisions are subject to the relevant agreements and authorities.
Are all employers verified?
Not necessarily. Linkeora may introduce verification and screening measures, but these checks may be limited in scope and cannot guarantee that every employer, recruiter, vacancy, or representation is genuine.
Always conduct your own checks before accepting an offer or sharing sensitive information.
Can a recruiter ask me for money?
Be cautious whenever an employer, recruiter, agent, or other third party requests money in connection with a job, visa, work permit, interview, training, medical examination, or recruitment process.
The legality of any charge depends on the applicable laws and circumstances. Some recruitment or worker-paid charges may be prohibited.
Before paying anything, independently verify the recipient, the legal basis for the charge, the official payment channel, and the terms of the proposed service.
Important: Linkeora does not guarantee the legitimacy of a third-party payment request simply because it appears in a job listing or communication on the platform.
What should I do if a company offers me a suspicious job?
- Verify the company through its official website and relevant business or recruitment registry.
- Contact the company using independently obtained contact details.
- Request a written job offer and employment terms.
- Be cautious of guaranteed visas, unusually high salaries, urgent payment demands, or requests to pay into personal accounts.
- Do not send money or sensitive documents until you have verified the request.
- Report the listing to Linkeora if you suspect fraud.
3. Important Payment and Scam Protection Notice
Your money and personal information matter. Please read this section carefully.
Linkeora may display job listings, advertisements, company profiles, products, offers, bookings, and services provided by independent third parties. Those third parties may communicate with you directly and may request payments under their own arrangements.
Is Linkeora responsible if a company takes my money and commits fraud?
Where an independent third party receives money from you and subsequently commits fraud, misrepresents an offer, fails to provide an agreed service, refuses a refund, or breaches its agreement with you, Linkeora does not automatically become responsible for that third party’s conduct merely because you discovered or contacted the party through Linkeora.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkeora disclaims responsibility for losses caused by independent third parties and transactions that Linkeora does not itself provide, control, or contractually undertake.
This may include money paid directly to an employer, recruitment agency, manpower supplier, agent, seller, travel provider, or other independent service provider through cash, bank transfer, mobile wallet, payment link, or another payment method.
However, Linkeora cannot exclude liability that applicable law imposes on it for its own conduct, including its own fraud, legally actionable negligence, breach of contractual obligations, or failure to meet mandatory statutory duties.
When is a payment considered an official Linkeora payment?
A payment should be treated as a Linkeora payment only when it is expressly requested and collected through a payment process that Linkeora officially identifies as its own.
A message from a person claiming to represent Linkeora is not sufficient proof that a payment request is genuine.
Unless expressly disclosed through an official Linkeora payment process, do not assume that a fee requested by an employer, recruiter, seller, or other third party is payable to Linkeora.
What if someone asks me to pay through WhatsApp?
Exercise caution. Fraudsters may use WhatsApp, email, telephone calls, social media, or fake websites to impersonate legitimate companies or Linkeora representatives.
Before paying:
- Verify the person’s identity independently.
- Confirm the official company name and payment recipient.
- Check the official website address carefully.
- Obtain written documentation describing the payment and service.
- Avoid sending money to an unverified personal account.
- Never share your password, bank PIN, or one-time verification code.
Can Linkeora guarantee that I will recover money lost to a scam?
No. Linkeora cannot guarantee recovery of money paid to an independent third party. Recovery may depend on the payment provider, recipient, evidence, applicable law, and decisions of the relevant authorities.
If you believe you have been scammed, contact your bank or payment provider immediately and report the incident to the appropriate authorities.
Does Linkeora endorse every company on its website?
No. A company profile, job advertisement, sponsored listing, or third-party link does not automatically mean that Linkeora endorses, guarantees, employs, owns, or controls that company.
Any verification badge or status, if offered, applies only to the specific checks described in the relevant verification policy and is not a guarantee against future fraud.
How do I report a suspected scam?
Send a report to [Insert Official Support Email] or use [Insert Report Fraud Page URL].
Where possible, provide:
- The company or individual’s name.
- The job listing, advertisement, profile, or website URL.
- The date and description of the incident.
- Relevant messages and screenshots.
- Payment receipts or transaction references, if applicable.
- Any other evidence you can lawfully provide.
Do not send passwords, PINs, or one-time verification codes.
Linkeora may review the report, request additional evidence, restrict or remove relevant content, suspend an account, or refer the matter to appropriate authorities where justified or legally required. Reporting a scam does not guarantee a particular outcome or a refund.
4. Employers and Recruiters
How can a company publish a job?
Employers and recruiters can use the available registration and employer-account features, provide the required business information, and follow the applicable listing requirements.
Why was my job listing rejected or removed?
Listings may be rejected, restricted, or removed because of incomplete information, suspected fraud, misleading claims, policy violations, intellectual-property concerns, or legal requirements.
Contact support if you need clarification or wish to submit additional evidence.
Does paying for a featured listing guarantee applicants?
No. A paid listing or advertising package does not guarantee a particular number of applicants, interviews, hires, or business results unless a specific written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
What are employers responsible for?
Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, their recruitment practices, employment agreements, candidate communications, and any payments they collect.
They must comply with applicable employment, recruitment, immigration, advertising, consumer-protection, and data-protection laws.
5. Accounts, Profiles, and CVs
How do I update my profile?
Sign in to your account, open your profile settings, update the relevant fields, and save your changes.
Who can view my CV?
CV visibility depends on the available account settings, the features you use, the permissions you grant, and applicable law. Review your privacy settings before uploading personal documents.
Can I delete my account?
You may request account closure through the available account settings or by contacting [Insert Official Support Email].
Certain records may need to be retained where required by law, necessary for legitimate purposes, or subject to applicable retention requirements. Further details should be provided in the Linkeora Privacy Policy.
What should I do if someone misuses my information?
Contact Linkeora Support and explain what happened. Include the relevant profile, listing, communication, or URL where possible.
If the incident involves identity theft, financial fraud, or a serious threat to your safety, contact the appropriate authorities as well.
6. Marketplace, Travel, and Booking Services
These topics apply only where the relevant Linkeora services are available.
Is Linkeora the seller of every marketplace product?
No. A product may be offered by an independent seller. The identity of the seller and the terms of the transaction should be checked before purchase.
Who is responsible for delivery, quality, or refunds?
Responsibility depends on who supplies the product, the applicable contract, the published policies, and relevant law. Independent sellers remain responsible for their own obligations, while Linkeora remains responsible for obligations imposed on it by law or an applicable agreement.
Are hotel and flight bookings guaranteed?
Booking availability, confirmation, cancellations, refunds, and service conditions depend on the relevant booking provider and transaction. Review the supplier’s conditions before paying.
If Linkeora directly supplies a booking or service, the terms governing that transaction and applicable legal obligations will apply.
What should I do if a seller or travel provider does not fulfil an order?
Contact the supplier through its verified official channel, preserve receipts and written communications, and report the issue to Linkeora if the transaction originated on the platform.
If the payment was made through a bank or payment provider, contact that provider promptly if you suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
What are Linkeora’s fees?
Any fees for Linkeora’s own subscriptions, advertisements, premium listings, or other paid services should be disclosed before purchase.
Refer to the relevant pricing page and service-specific terms.
How can I request a refund?
Contact [Insert Official Billing Email] with your order or transaction reference and explain the reason for your request.
Refund eligibility, processing times, cancellation rights, and available remedies depend on the applicable service terms and law.
I paid a third party directly. Can Linkeora refund me?
Linkeora cannot automatically refund money that an independent third party received directly and that Linkeora did not collect or undertake to refund.
Contact the recipient and your payment provider promptly. Linkeora may review a related platform report, but it cannot guarantee recovery of funds.
This limitation does not remove any legal obligation that Linkeora itself may have concerning a payment it collected or a transaction for which it is legally responsible.
I do not recognise a transaction. What should I do?
Contact your bank or payment provider immediately, secure your account, change compromised credentials, and notify Linkeora if the transaction appears connected to your Linkeora account.
8. Privacy and Security
How does Linkeora handle personal data?
Linkeora’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are explained in its Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
How can I protect my account?
- Use a strong, unique password.
- Keep verification codes and recovery information private.
- Avoid signing in through suspicious links.
- Use trusted networks and devices.
- Sign out of shared devices.
- Report suspicious account activity promptly.
What if I receive a fake Linkeora email or message?
Do not click suspicious links, download unexpected attachments, or send money in response to an unverified request.
Contact Linkeora using the official contact details published on its website.
9. Community, Content, and Complaints
Why was my content removed?
Content may be restricted or removed if it violates platform policies, infringes rights, contains fraudulent claims, threatens other users, or breaches applicable law.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Use the available reporting feature or contact [Insert Official Support Email]. Include the relevant URL and a clear explanation.
How are complaints handled?
Linkeora may acknowledge, review, investigate, and respond to complaints in accordance with its procedures, the nature of the issue, and applicable law.
Some matters may require additional evidence, involvement of a third party, or referral to a competent authority.
10. Platform Disclaimer and Scope of Support
Linkeora aims to provide a useful and secure platform, but it cannot guarantee that every third-party listing, communication, business, product, service, or transaction is genuine, accurate, uninterrupted, or free from risk.
Except where Linkeora expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires it, Linkeora does not act as a guarantor of independent third parties and does not automatically assume their contractual, financial, recruitment, employment, or service-delivery obligations.
Users are responsible for verifying third-party identities, reviewing contracts, assessing payment requests, and making informed decisions.
Any limitation of Linkeora’s responsibility applies only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in this Help Center removes a user’s mandatory legal rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
