1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Linkeora (“Linkeora”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Linkeora website, mobile applications, accounts, features, services, and related platforms.

Linkeora may provide or facilitate access to job listings, recruitment opportunities, candidate profiles, CV and resume services, employer accounts, professional networking, community discussions, advertisements, product listings, marketplace services, travel-related services, hotel and flight booking services, event listings, and other services introduced from time to time.

By accessing or using Linkeora, creating an account, posting a listing, applying for a job, purchasing an eligible service, or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the relevant services.

Where required by applicable law, Linkeora will obtain any additional consent necessary for particular services or transaction

2. Nature of Linkeora’s Services

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Linkeora operates primarily as an online platform that enables users, employers, recruiters, sellers, service providers, candidates, and other third parties to discover, publish, communicate, and connect with one another.

Linkeora is not automatically the employer, recruitment agent, contracting party, seller, buyer, travel operator, hotel operator, airline, payment recipient, or guarantor of any third-party transaction merely because a listing, advertisement, profile, offer, or communication appears on the platform.

The identity and responsibilities of the actual contracting parties will depend on the specific service, transaction, and applicable agreement.

Any service that Linkeora itself directly provides will remain subject to the responsibilities imposed on Linkeora by the applicable agreement and law.

3. No Guarantee of Employment or Business Results

Linkeora does not guarantee that:

  • A candidate will receive an interview, job offer, employment contract, visa, work permit, promotion, or salary.
  • An employer will receive suitable applicants or successfully fill a vacancy.
  • A job listing, company profile, recruiter, candidate, seller, buyer, or service provider is genuine merely because it appears on the platform.
  • A product, service, business opportunity, investment proposal, travel offer, or advertisement will meet a user’s expectations.
  • Any third party will fulfil its promises, make a payment, issue a refund, deliver a product, or perform a contractual obligation.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating opportunities and making their own decisions.

4. Third-Party Companies, Recruitment Fraud, and Payment Disclaimer

This section is particularly important for protecting Linkeora against third-party recruitment and payment fraud.

Linkeora may display job advertisements, recruitment notices, company profiles, sponsored listings, employer information, and other opportunities submitted by employers, recruiters, manpower agencies, advertisers, or other third parties.

Unless expressly identified as a service provided directly by Linkeora, such third parties operate independently of Linkeora.

Linkeora does not automatically control, own, manage, represent, guarantee, or assume responsibility for their business activities, representations, employment practices, financial transactions, or contractual commitments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkeora shall not be responsible for losses, damages, debts, fees, deposits, recruitment charges, visa charges, processing charges, training fees, medical fees, travel expenses, or other amounts paid by a user directly to a third-party company, recruiter, agent, employer, seller, or service provider where those losses arise from that third party’s fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, failure to provide services, unlawful conduct, or failure to fulfil its promises.

This disclaimer applies whether the payment is made through cash, bank transfer, mobile wallet, payment link, digital currency, cheque, or any other payment method, where legally permissible.

Linkeora is not responsible for a third party’s refusal to refund money, cancellation of an offer, failure to provide employment, failure to issue a visa, disappearance, insolvency, or other misconduct, except to the extent that applicable law makes Linkeora responsible for its own acts or omissions.

Users must understand that:

1. Linkeora does not authorise users to treat any third-party company as officially endorsed merely because it has a profile or advertisement on the platform.
2. A verified badge, if offered, indicates only the specific checks described in the relevant verification policy. It is not a guarantee against fraud.
3. Unless a particular payment is expressly collected by Linkeora through an official, clearly identified payment process, users should not assume that a payment requested by an employer or recruiter is a Linkeora payment.
4. Users should verify a company’s registration, identity, physical address, official email, recruitment licence where applicable, job offer, employment contract, and payment request before transferring money.
5. Users should not transfer money to personal accounts or unofficial payment channels without independently verifying the recipient and the legal basis for the payment.
6. Users should report suspected fraud to Linkeora promptly and, where appropriate, to their bank, payment provider, police, consumer-protection authority, or relevant recruitment regulator.

Linkeora does not authorise, encourage, or guarantee the legitimacy of recruitment fees or other charges imposed by third parties. Such charges must comply with the laws applicable to the recruitment, employment, immigration, and payment transaction concerned.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from Linkeora’s own fraud, wilful misconduct, legally actionable negligence, or breach of mandatory statutory obligations where applicable.

5. No Agency, Partnership, or Employment Relationship

Unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract, no employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or representative relationship is created between Linkeora and any user, employer, recruiter, seller, buyer, advertiser, or service provider merely through use of the platform.

No user or third party may represent that they are authorised to act on behalf of Linkeora without written authorisation.

Third-party companies are solely responsible for their own employees, agents, advertisements, offers, representations, contracts, and business operations.

6. Employer and Recruiter Responsibilities

Employers, recruitment agencies, and other parties publishing opportunities on Linkeora agree that they will:

* Provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information.
* Have the authority and necessary permissions to publish each vacancy or recruitment advertisement.
* Identify the actual employer or recruiting entity where legally required.
* Clearly disclose relevant job requirements, compensation information where required, employment conditions, location, and material fees or charges.
* Comply with applicable labour, immigration, recruitment, anti-discrimination, consumer-protection, advertising, and data-protection laws.
* Avoid fraudulent job offers, fake interviews, false visa promises, impersonation, identity theft, and misleading claims.
* Obtain appropriate permission before collecting or using candidates’ personal information.
* Never misuse Linkeora to solicit unlawful recruitment fees, deposits, bribes, or other prohibited payments.

Linkeora may request supporting documents, suspend listings, restrict accounts, remove content, or report suspected unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities where appropriate or legally required.

Linkeora does not warrant that every employer or recruiter has been independently audited or investigated.

7. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates and job seekers agree to:

* Provide truthful information in their CVs, resumes, qualifications, experience, certifications, and employment history.
* Avoid forged documents, false references, impersonation, and misleading claims.
* Verify the identity of prospective employers and recruitment agents.
* Read and understand employment contracts before signing.
* Independently investigate any request for money, personal documents, bank details, or sensitive information.
* Avoid making unlawful payments or participating in fraudulent recruitment arrangements.
* Use other users’ personal information only for lawful and authorised purposes.

Candidates remain responsible for their own decisions concerning employment, immigration, relocation, and financial transactions.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

* Publish fake, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
* Impersonate Linkeora, an employer, a government authority, or another person.
* Publish jobs without proper authority or use another company’s name without permission.
* Collect money through false job offers, fake visas, fabricated training programmes, or misleading recruitment promises.
* Upload malware, conduct phishing, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with platform security.
* Harvest personal information, spam users, scrape restricted data, or send unsolicited bulk communications.
* Infringe intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy, or other legal rights.
* Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, bribery, trafficking, exploitation, or any other unlawful activity.
* Circumvent applicable payment restrictions, sanctions, licensing requirements, or other legal obligations.

Linkeora may take reasonable enforcement measures against suspected violations.

9. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Certain Linkeora services may be free, while others may require payment, subscription, advertising fees, listing fees, or other charges disclosed before purchase.

Where Linkeora directly charges a user, the applicable price, currency, billing interval, taxes, payment terms, cancellation conditions, and refund policy will be disclosed as required by law.

Unless otherwise stated in an applicable policy or agreement, payments made to Linkeora for its own services are separate from payments made directly to third parties.

Linkeora is not responsible for a third party’s payment obligations or refunds merely because the parties met through the platform.

However, where Linkeora directly collects a payment, acts as the contractual supplier, processes a transaction under its own agreement, or otherwise has a legal obligation concerning that payment, its responsibilities will be determined by the applicable agreement and law.

Users must not assume that Linkeora can recover or refund money paid directly to an independent third party.

Nothing in these Terms removes any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Marketplace, Travel, Hotel, Flight, and Event Services

If Linkeora introduces marketplace, travel, hotel, flight, event, or other booking services, the role of Linkeora in each transaction will be identified as clearly as reasonably possible.

Where a third-party seller, airline, hotel, travel agency, event organiser, or service provider supplies the relevant product or service, that provider may be responsible for fulfilment, cancellations, refunds, service quality, and other contractual obligations.

Additional supplier terms, booking conditions, cancellation policies, and refund rules may apply.

Users must review those conditions before completing a booking or purchase.

Linkeora does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, legality, or performance of a third-party product or service merely because it is listed on the platform.

Where Linkeora directly sells or supplies a product or service, the applicable consumer rights and contractual obligations remain in force.

11. Advertisements and Sponsored Listings

Linkeora may display advertisements, promoted jobs, sponsored listings, or commercial content submitted by third parties.

Paid promotion does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or warranty by Linkeora.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, substantiation, and permissions relating to their advertisements.

Linkeora may reject, label, restrict, or remove advertisements where appropriate or legally required.

12. Verification and Moderation

Linkeora may introduce identity checks, business verification, document review, user reporting, automated screening, or manual moderation.

Such checks may be limited in scope and may not identify every false statement, fraudulent company, altered document, or unlawful activity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, verification is not a guarantee of a user’s honesty, financial stability, licensing status, performance, or future conduct.

Linkeora may investigate reports, request additional information, remove content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Linkeora does not guarantee that every reported issue will be detected or resolved within a particular timeframe.

13. User Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully own and submit to Linkeora, subject to any separate agreement.

By submitting content, users grant Linkeora a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and promote the relevant platform services, subject to applicable law and the user’s privacy choices.

Users represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit their content.

The Linkeora name, branding, website design, original software, logos, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Linkeora and may not be used without appropriate permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of a user’s intellectual property to Linkeora.

14. Personal Data and Privacy

Linkeora may process personal information such as account details, contact information, CVs, professional history, application details, technical information, and other information necessary to provide its services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Linkeora’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive information or disclose another person’s personal information without appropriate authority.

Access to CVs, profiles, and candidate information may depend on account settings, service features, user consent, and applicable law.

Linkeora will apply appropriate measures to protect personal information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

For information about collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, international transfers, and data-subject rights, users should consult the separate Privacy Policy.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

Linkeora may contain links to external websites, payment gateways, recruitment systems, social media platforms, and other third-party services.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Linkeora does not control external websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, practices, or transactions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Users access third-party services at their own discretion and should review the relevant terms before proceeding.

16. Suspension and Termination

Linkeora may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, or access to particular services if it reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, created a security risk, infringed rights, or breached applicable law.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, Linkeora may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

Users may stop using Linkeora at any time and may request account closure in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable procedures.

Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that accrued before termination or provisions that are intended to survive it.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform and its general information are provided on an “as available” basis.

Linkeora does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or the accuracy or completeness of all third-party content.

Linkeora does not warrant that a third-party listing, company, candidate, recruiter, product, booking, or service will meet a user’s requirements or expectations.

Nothing in this section excludes any express warranty given by Linkeora or any warranty, right, or protection that applicable law does not permit Linkeora to exclude.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkeora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from a user’s access to or use of third-party listings, communications, transactions, or services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, anticipated earnings, or data, where such exclusion is lawful.

Subject to applicable law, Linkeora shall not be liable for losses caused by:

* Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by an independent third party.
* A user’s decision to pay or transfer money to an employer, recruiter, seller, agent, or other third party.
* A third party’s failure to provide employment, a visa, a product, a refund, travel, accommodation, or another promised service.
* False or inaccurate information supplied by a third party.
* Unauthorised access, service interruptions, or technical events beyond Linkeora’s reasonable control.

Where Linkeora is legally responsible for its own acts or omissions, any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud by Linkeora, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold Linkeora and its lawful representatives harmless against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from the user’s unlawful conduct, fraud, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the platform.

This provision does not require users to indemnify Linkeora for losses caused by Linkeora’s own wrongdoing where such recovery is prohibited by law.

Any indemnification obligation is subject to applicable legal restrictions and the circumstances of the relevant claim.

20. Force Majeure

Linkeora will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to the extent recognised by applicable law.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, war, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, widespread telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, power outages, or interruptions to essential third-party infrastructure.

This provision does not excuse obligations that applicable law requires Linkeora to perform despite such circumstances.

21. Complaints and Reporting

Users may report suspected fraud, fake job listings, impersonation, misleading advertisements, unauthorised use of personal information, or other violations through:

Where possible, reports should include the relevant listing URL, account details, communications, receipts, transaction references, and supporting evidence.Linkeora may investigate, request further information, restrict content, or refer matters to competent authorities where appropriate or legally required.Users should contact their bank or payment provider promptly if they suspect an unauthorised transaction or payment fraud. Serious suspected criminal activity should also be reported to the appropriate authorities.Submitting a report does not guarantee recovery of funds, removal of all harmful content, or a particular outcome.

    22. Changes to These Terms

Linkeora may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, business operations, security practices, or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where applicable law requires advance notice or renewed consent, Linkeora will follow those requirements.

Continued use after an update takes effect may constitute acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

    23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disputes should initially be raised with Linkeora through the contact details provided above, where appropriate.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or other dispute-resolution body with lawful jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section removes a consumer’s right to bring a claim before a court, regulator, or tribunal where that right is protected by mandatory law.

The governing law and dispute-resolution provisions must be reviewed and completed before publication, taking into account Linkeora’s place of incorporation, licensing, services, and target markets.

    24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, where legally permitted.

The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent that they can lawfully remain enforceable.

    25. No Waiver

A failure or delay by Linkeora to exercise a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right unless applicable law provides otherwise.

    26. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Employer or Recruiter Agreement, and any specific service terms, constitute the agreement governing the relevant use of Linkeora, to the extent applicable.

If a separate signed agreement expressly governs a particular service and conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement will prevail to the extent stated in that agreement and permitted by law.
