Build Opportunities. Grow Together. Create Lasting Value.

At Linkeora, we believe meaningful partnerships create opportunities for businesses, employers, recruiters, service providers, entrepreneurs, and communities.

We welcome organisations and individuals who share our vision of making professional opportunities, business services, and digital connections more accessible.

Whether you represent a company, recruitment agency, educational institution, technology provider, marketplace seller, travel company, event organiser, or another business, Linkeora offers opportunities to explore mutually beneficial collaborations.

Our goal is to build a professional, transparent, and responsible partnership ecosystem based on trust, accountability, innovation, and compliance with applicable laws.

1. Who Can Partner with Linkeora?

We welcome partnership enquiries from the following categories, subject to eligibility, verification, and applicable legal requirements.

Employers and Corporate Partners

Companies seeking to advertise vacancies, connect with qualified candidates, promote career opportunities, or develop long-term recruitment relationships.

Recruitment and Manpower Agencies

Legally authorised recruitment agencies and manpower service providers interested in publishing genuine opportunities and connecting with candidates.

Educational and Training Institutions

Schools, colleges, universities, training centres, certification providers, and professional development organisations interested in sharing educational and career opportunities.

Technology and Business Partners

Technology companies, software developers, service providers, digital agencies, and organisations interested in integrating services or developing joint solutions.

Marketplace Sellers and Suppliers

Eligible businesses and sellers interested in listing lawful products or services through Linkeora’s marketplace, where available.

Travel, Hospitality, and Tourism Partners

Eligible travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, airlines, and hospitality businesses interested in collaborating on travel-related services, subject to applicable licensing and operational requirements.

Advertising and Promotional Partners

Businesses interested in sponsored listings, brand promotions, advertising campaigns, and other approved promotional opportunities.

Strategic and Institutional Partners

Organisations interested in joint projects, business development, community initiatives, research, professional networking, or other mutually agreed collaborations.

Acceptance into a partnership category does not automatically authorise a partner to conduct regulated activities or provide services requiring a licence or government approval.

2. How Our Partnership Process Works

Our partnership process is designed to encourage transparency and responsible business relationships.

Step 1 — Submit an Enquiry

Complete the Partnership Enquiry Form with your business information, proposed collaboration, and official contact details.

Step 2 — Verification and Review

Linkeora may review your business registration, identity, licensing, ownership, references, proposed services, and other relevant documents.

Step 3 — Partnership Discussion

If your proposal is suitable, our team may contact you to discuss objectives, responsibilities, commercial arrangements, and potential opportunities.

Step 4 — Written Agreement

Where required, the parties must enter into a written partnership, service, advertising, referral, or other appropriate agreement before commencing the relevant activities.

Step 5 — Launch and Ongoing Compliance

Approved partners must maintain accurate information, comply with applicable laws, follow Linkeora’s policies, and promptly notify us of material changes affecting their eligibility.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, exclusivity, a commercial relationship, or any particular business outcome.

3. Partner Eligibility and Verification

Every prospective partner is responsible for providing accurate, complete, current, and lawful information.

Linkeora may request, where appropriate:

  • Official business registration or incorporation documents.
  • Relevant recruitment, commercial, professional, or operating licences.
  • Identity and authority documents for authorised representatives.
  • Official business address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Details of directors, owners, or beneficial owners where legally appropriate.
  • Tax or other regulatory registration details where relevant.
  • References, service descriptions, terms of business, and supporting documentation.
  • Evidence of authority to advertise, sell, recruit, or provide the proposed services.

Linkeora may refuse, delay, suspend, or terminate a partnership application or relationship where information is incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or inconsistent with our policies or applicable law.

Verification does not constitute an unconditional guarantee of a partner’s honesty, solvency, competence, future performance, or freedom from fraud.

4. Independent Business Relationships

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a signed written agreement, each partner operates as an independent business or service provider.

A partnership listing, referral arrangement, business profile, advertisement, promotional campaign, or collaboration does not automatically create a legal partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency, franchise, or representative relationship between Linkeora and the partner.

No partner may:

  • Represent themselves as an employee, official agent, or authorised representative of Linkeora without written permission.
  • Sign contracts, incur liabilities, or make financial commitments on behalf of Linkeora without express authority.
  • Use Linkeora’s name, logo, trademarks, or branding in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
  • Promise that Linkeora guarantees a job, visa, investment, refund, financial return, booking, or commercial result.

The legal nature of any collaboration will be determined by its actual terms, conduct, and applicable law, not solely by the label used on this page.

5. Payments, Fees, Commissions, and Commercial Arrangements

Any partnership fee, subscription, advertising charge, referral commission, revenue-sharing arrangement, service fee, or other commercial payment must be clearly documented and agreed upon in writing.

Before making a payment, partners should independently confirm:

  • The legal identity of the payment recipient.
  • The purpose and amount of the payment.
  • The agreed deliverables or services.
  • The applicable payment schedule and currency.
  • Any relevant taxes, cancellation conditions, and refund terms.
  • Whether the payment is payable to Linkeora or to an independent third party.

Linkeora will identify its own authorised payment channels through official communications or the applicable checkout process, where relevant.

No person or company is authorised to collect money on behalf of Linkeora unless Linkeora has expressly authorised that arrangement in writing.

Partners should not rely solely on a logo, website screenshot, email signature, social media account, WhatsApp message, or claim of affiliation as proof of payment authority.

Unless expressly agreed in a written agreement, neither party is entitled to assume that the other party guarantees its business expenses, debts, commissions, financial commitments, or payments to third parties.

6. Third-Party Fraud, Scams, and Financial Losses

Linkeora takes fraudulent activity and misleading business practices seriously. Nevertheless, a commercial relationship involving independent third parties may carry risks that cannot be eliminated entirely.

A partner must conduct its own due diligence before entering into any business relationship, transferring funds, purchasing services, making an investment, paying a deposit, or accepting a commercial offer.

Independent companies, agencies, recruiters, suppliers, advertisers, and other third parties are responsible for their own representations, financial dealings, contractual obligations, employees, agents, and business conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkeora shall not be responsible for financial losses, unpaid invoices, deposits, advances, commissions, transfers, fees, or other amounts paid directly to an independent third party where such losses result from that party’s fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, failure to perform, insolvency, unlawful conduct, or refusal to issue a refund.

This limitation applies whether the relevant payment is made by bank transfer, cash, card, payment link, mobile wallet, or another payment method, subject to applicable law and the actual role of Linkeora in the transaction.

Linkeora does not automatically guarantee or underwrite:

  • The financial stability or solvency of a prospective partner.
  • The authenticity of every statement made by an independent company.
  • The repayment of money transferred to a third party.
  • The delivery, quality, or performance of third-party goods or services.
  • The success of a recruitment campaign, commercial venture, referral programme, or investment.
  • The recovery of funds lost through a third party’s fraudulent conduct.

A company does not become financially guaranteed by Linkeora merely because it is introduced through the platform, displays a profile, participates in a campaign, or is approved for a particular listing.

However, nothing in this section excludes or limits any liability that applicable law prohibits Linkeora from excluding, including liability arising from Linkeora’s own fraud, wilful misconduct, actionable negligence, breach of its contractual obligations, or other legally non-excludable responsibilities.

7. Partner Due Diligence and Fraud Prevention

All partners are encouraged to adopt appropriate verification and fraud-prevention procedures.

Before entering into a significant commercial arrangement, partners should:

  1. Verify the other party’s legal name, registration, and operating address.
  2. Confirm the authority of the person negotiating or signing the agreement.
  3. Independently verify any required licences or regulatory approvals.
  4. Review the written contract, payment terms, deliverables, and refund provisions.
  5. Confirm payment instructions using independently verified official contact details.
  6. Avoid transferring funds under pressure or relying on guaranteed-profit promises.
  7. Maintain copies of contracts, invoices, correspondence, and transaction records.
  8. Report suspected impersonation, fraudulent demands, or unauthorised use of Linkeora’s name.

Linkeora may request further information, restrict a listing, suspend a partner, remove promotional material, or refer suspected unlawful conduct to the appropriate authorities where appropriate or legally required.

Reporting suspected fraud does not guarantee that funds will be recovered or that Linkeora can resolve a dispute between independent parties.

8. Recruitment and Employment Partnerships

Recruitment agencies and employers collaborating with Linkeora must ensure that their recruitment activities comply with applicable employment, recruitment, immigration, advertising, anti-discrimination, and consumer-protection laws.

Partners must not use Linkeora to promote:

  • Fake job offers or fabricated vacancies.
  • False promises of employment, visas, work permits, or guaranteed salaries.
  • Unlawful recruitment fees, deposits, bribes, or prohibited charges.
  • Forged employment contracts or fraudulent company documents.
  • Misleading claims about employers, salaries, accommodation, benefits, or working conditions.
  • Recruitment practices involving exploitation, trafficking, discrimination, or other unlawful conduct.

Each employer or recruitment provider remains responsible for the legality and accuracy of its offers and for its own dealings with candidates.

Unless Linkeora expressly agrees otherwise in writing and is legally authorised to do so, Linkeora does not act as the employer, immigration authority, visa issuer, or guarantor of a job offer.

A partner must not imply that Linkeora has approved a visa, guaranteed employment, or endorsed a recruitment payment merely because a vacancy appears on the platform.

9. Marketplace, Travel, and Other Commercial Partnerships

Where Linkeora offers marketplace, hotel, flight, travel, event, or other commercial services, each partner must comply with the specific conditions applicable to its service.

Partners are responsible for obtaining any licences, permits, approvals, insurance, and authorisations required for their activities.

The relevant written agreement must identify the parties’ respective responsibilities concerning:

  • Product or service descriptions and quality.
  • Prices, taxes, commissions, and payment processing.
  • Delivery, booking confirmation, and fulfilment.
  • Cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints.
  • Consumer rights and statutory guarantees.
  • Data handling, confidentiality, and security.
  • Insurance, indemnity, and liability, where appropriate.

Where an independent provider supplies the relevant service, that provider is responsible for the obligations assigned to it by the applicable contract and law.

Where Linkeora itself sells, supplies, processes, or contracts for a service, Linkeora remains responsible for its own applicable legal and contractual obligations.

10. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Each party must respect the other’s intellectual property, confidential information, and proprietary materials.

Neither party may copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or use the other party’s protected materials without the required permission or legal basis.

Confidential information received during partnership discussions must be used only for the agreed purpose and protected using appropriate safeguards, subject to lawful disclosures and any separate confidentiality agreement.

Any licence to use Linkeora’s name, logo, software, branding, or other intellectual property must be expressly authorised and may be withdrawn in accordance with the relevant agreement.

11. Personal Data and Information Security

Partners must handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection and privacy laws, Linkeora’s Privacy Policy, and any relevant data-processing agreement.

Partners must collect, use, disclose, retain, and transfer personal information only where they have an appropriate lawful basis and the necessary permissions.

Partners must not misuse candidate CVs, contact details, customer information, business records, or other confidential data for unauthorised purposes.

Each party is responsible for its own legally required security measures, reporting obligations, and responses to data-protection incidents.

Where required by law, the parties must enter into additional agreements covering data processing, confidentiality, security, or international transfers.

12. Advertising and Promotional Activities

Any paid promotion, sponsorship, referral campaign, or advertisement must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and disclosure requirements.

Partners must not publish deceptive claims, fabricated reviews, misleading endorsements, unlawful comparative advertisements, or unsubstantiated guarantees.

Payment for promotion does not automatically constitute a guarantee of commercial success or an endorsement of the partner’s business by Linkeora.

Linkeora may reject, amend, restrict, or remove promotional material that violates applicable requirements or platform policies.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Linkeora shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from an independent partner’s conduct, third-party transactions, lost business opportunities, lost profits, or a partner’s failure to meet its own contractual obligations.

Linkeora shall not be responsible for the independent acts or omissions of a partner merely because the parties have discussed, advertised, or entered into a permitted collaboration.

Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally enforceable and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in this page removes a party’s mandatory statutory rights or obligations.

The parties may agree to more specific liability limits, indemnities, insurance requirements, and dispute-resolution arrangements in a separate written partnership agreement.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a partner may be required under a separate written agreement to indemnify Linkeora for third-party claims, reasonable legal expenses, and losses arising directly from that partner’s unlawful conduct, fraud, material contractual breach, infringement of third-party rights, or unauthorised use of Linkeora’s name or intellectual property.

Any indemnity will be subject to the agreed contract, causation, applicable law, and any restrictions on recoverable losses.

A partner will not be required to indemnify Linkeora for losses to the extent caused by Linkeora’s own conduct where such recovery is prohibited by law.

15. Suspension and Termination of Partnerships

Linkeora may reject an application, suspend a listing, restrict access, or terminate a partnership in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law if a partner:

  • Provides false or materially misleading information.
  • Engages in suspected fraud or unlawful conduct.
  • Misuses Linkeora’s branding or claims unauthorised affiliation.
  • Fails to maintain required licences or approvals.
  • Violates applicable platform policies or contractual obligations.
  • Creates a material security, reputational, financial, or legal risk.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, Linkeora may request corrective action or provide notice before taking action.

Termination does not automatically cancel payment obligations, confidentiality requirements, or other provisions that remain applicable under the relevant agreement or law.

16. No Guarantee of Commercial Success

Linkeora does not promise that a partnership will generate a particular amount of revenue, number of customers, number of job applications, sales volume, referrals, leads, or return on investment.

Any projections, examples, case studies, or promotional estimates are illustrative unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.

Each party remains responsible for assessing the commercial suitability and risks of the proposed arrangement.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution process for a specific partnership should be stated in the applicable signed partnership agreement.

Where no separate agreement exists, the governing law and jurisdiction will be determined by the applicable terms and relevant law.

Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer protections, regulatory powers, or any other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

International partnerships may be subject to the laws of more than one jurisdiction, depending on the parties, transaction, and services involved.

18. Changes to Partnership Policies

Linkeora may update its partnership policies to reflect changes in services, business requirements, security practices, or legal obligations.

Material changes to an existing contractual relationship will be handled in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.

The latest published version of this page will apply to new enquiries from its effective date, subject to any separate written agreement.

Our Commitment
